If you do not accept the terms and conditions, you must not create an account, you must not or immediately stop using the website, products and all services.
Godsonbiz Enterprises reserves the right to verify validity of license at any time, using its own procedures, without affecting your activity in any way. If license cannot be checked or found invalid, circumvented or shared outside permissible limits, your purchase becomes invalidated and we reserve the right to terminate your access and use of our website, software(s) and services.
DotcomMailer is an online email marketing application used to distribute emails for advertising, notification and information purposes. Godsonbiz Enterprises does not host the application on its servers, does not send e-mails on behalf of clients, does not store e-mails for clients, does not sell e-mail databases, and does not create such databases.
By creating an account, you assume responsibility for the following statements:
You are a person who has reached the age of legal majority in the jurisdiction of which you are a citizen; You consent to these rules of usage; the data that you have provided is real and complete; The use of the Godsonbiz Enterprises services implies that the above statements apply to you in full and you warrant that you will not use the application in any way that would violate applicable laws and/or other applicable regulations in Nigeria and other parts of the world.
Please keep the user data that you have used when creating your account in a secure place. Godsonbiz Enterprises will not disclose it to any third party, in any form. Should you suspect suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.
All copyright related to the creation of the application is and shall remain the property of Godsonbiz Enterprises & DotcomMailer. The violation of these rights may result in criminal and monetary penalties against you.

We are not liable in any way for the unlawful use of the application or for the content of the transmissions in ways that violate laws in force in Nigeria & other territories concerning personal data processing.
The users are entirely liable for the ways in which the application is used; Godsonbiz Enterprises & DotcomMailer, as its developers, will not be liable for such uses.
DotcomMailer licenses are single user licenses and as such should only be used on a single domain/IP address owned by the purchasing customer. You agree not to in any way copy or reproduce the software other than ways granted to you during purchase. You will not sell, resell, rent, lease, loan, supply, distribute, redistribute the software or contents of the website in any way outside those provided during purchase.
You cannot reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the software or any part of it or circumvent, remove or attempt to circumvent or remove technological measures applied to the software for the purpose of preventing unauthorized use.
The website, software and all associated services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any representation or endorsement made without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. To the extent permitted by the law, Godsonbiz Enterprises and DotcomMailer will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits etc.) arising out of or in connection with the use of the website, its software and associated products and services.
We shall not be liable to you in any way (including negligence) or otherwise for any damage or loss arising from the consequence of viruses received by you via the website and services or of our failure to provide the website and services, or any economic losses (including loss of business, contracts, profits, revenues, capital or anticipated savings), any indirect, special or consequential loss, loss of data, goodwill or reputation or for any wasted time, expense including but not limited to the cost of using any other service or losses caused by viruses.

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligation if we are prevented from doing so by any event beyond our reasonable control (which may include, without limitation, strikes, about disputes, acts of God, war, riots, civil action, malicious acts or damage, compliance with law, governmental or regulatory order, rule, regulations or directives, any act or omission of government or other competent authority, accidents, equipment or service failure, including the unavailability of third party telecommunication services, fire, flood and any such events)
